Demo, I dont suppose you've checked your system for a keylogger? If you've changed your PW/Email and he's still getting in, it doesent matter what Blizzard do but he will get back in :/

Dear Demo my friend the thing is even webbyes have keylogers. I personaly use Nod32 on my lap top for cleaning viruses and Spybot Search and Destroy for suspicious spy thingies. I like Nod couse it takes little space and little memory, but I don't trust it too much that's why I also have Spybot S&D.
I would reckommend a good antivirus program like Norton, Nod32, BitDefender or Kasterspy ( I think it's called like that).

Hope this post helps you.
PS: If you're antivirus program doesn't work I usualy reinstall windows on a freshly formated disc

Norton 0o - Dont touch that with a barge pole, seriously!

My recommended list would be what i use:

On main PC: Bit Defender Game Safe (its effectively internet security 2008, minus a few features you really dont need. Its awesome)

On laptop: ESS - Eset security suite (nod32 + firewall features)

strongly recommend either of those
